By adding Nozavel to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.
Permitted Use

Availability
Nozavel is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability and reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the bot at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any disruption to your server's operations resulting from downtime or removal of the bot.

Nozavel is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the bot for any particular purpose. Use of the bot is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nozavel, including but not limited to data loss, server disruption, or moderation errors.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Nozavel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
